Last Friday the Global VC Allocator Alliance had the pleasure to partner with European Women in VC to discuss and learn more about the importance of increasing diversity in the venture landscape.

During the session, Kinga Stanislawska shared insightful market insights and informative data on the landscape of women in VC. The data presented was both inspiring and a call to action for our industry. - 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀: Each 10% increase in women's representation in senior VC management is associated with a 1.3% increase in IRR.

- 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆-𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳: 9 in 10 VCs and LPs surveyed say increased diversity in venture capital leads to better investment decisions and financial returns.

- 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗩𝗖𝘀 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁: 1 in 3 women VCs and LPs prioritize enhancing corporate governance and reducing carbon footprint when investing.
