Michal Zálešák is an experienced startup investor and mentor with international investment experience in Silicon Valley, India, and the Czech Republic, including exits to global players. He established a Czech ICT Incubator in Silicon Valley, bringing Czech startups there and global mentors to Prague. In 2005, he founded the Czech ICT Alliance, collaborating with Czech IT companies and organizing numerous IT trade missions globally to support their international expansion. In 2016, he founded the Prague Startup Centre, which operates two branches in Prague and has its own incubation program for early-stage startups. Zálešák has been a Managing Partner at Lighthouse Ventures since its establishment in 2019. In 2015, he was named a TOP30 IT personality by ComputerWorld Magazine.
